Rules

Listed below are the current rules to the tournament each competitor must abide by.• If any competitior were to break any of these rules, It will cause for warnings and/or immediate disqualification (whichever rule is broken varies on punishment)

Minecraft Server Rules

• Until Nov. 5th, any and all play/activity on the server will be prohibited. (Meaning you cannot start/play on the server until the 5th. You can only look, but no touchie.)
To enforce this, until November 5th, Everyone will be in Adventure Mode.
• Use common sense.
• No Griefing
• No Sabotaging
• No Destroying/Stealing things that aren't yours (unless friendly banter, asked for permission obviously).
• Only Gym Leaders, Elite Four, and Mods are permitted to have themed factions. The only exception to this are Criminal Teams (EX: You can make a faction for Team Rocket.)
• GYM LEADERS ONLY: You cannot leak/stream what the Minecraft server looks like until Nov. 5th.
• There will be a massive world border to prevent server crashes of too many chunks being loaded. You are allowed to ask MimiCoda to see if the world border can be expanded with certain exceptions (item you need is out of reach, biome not available, etc. Always ask!)
• Main server inquiries will be for MimiCoda, but please feel free to reach out to CurlyCubbles if absolutely necessary.
• Copycat Blocks are NOT allowed to be used in physics objexts or moving platforms.

The Tournament

• You are not allowed to have any legendaries within the tournament. After The Elite Four are selected, the Elite Four can have 2 legendaries, and the Gym Leaders are allowed to have 1 on their team.
• There will be 4 tournaments To determine the Elite Four. This means you will have four chances to take a spot.
• The Gym Leaders and their set levels for viewer's/server users to battle against to become champion are going to be placed after the 4th tourney. (i.e.: Whoever gets last place in the 4th tournament, will be the lowest level gym for cobblemon players, and whoever is 2nd place will be the highest level Gym before the Elite Four.)
• After you get placed in the Elite Four, you do not have to stick to a specific typing anymore. You get to pick a team of your own choosing for your Elite Four Team. (With the exception of the 2 legendary limit.)
• Viewers/Friends/Those not participating
Friends/colleagues can come join during the pre-builds/pre-tounrey preparations (Under exceptions). This means you can have friends join the server and help you out if needed.
• Friends and viewers are still welcome to join the server with general common sense rules. (no griefing, stealing stuff that isnt yours etc.)
• There will be no champion as of yet. Once the Elite Four are chosen is when they can compete to take the throne. Non-Participants can still try to fight to become champion, like a normal pokemon game.
• Once a non-participant becomes champion, they remain in that spot until they are defeated by another, and so on.
• As of currently, all 18 slots are filled in the tournament. Until the tournament is over, no one else can participate.

Gym Leaders and The Elite Four

• To claim your type, you must fully build your gym. Gym Leaders Who have fully built their gyms can refer to @Coda once their Gym is fully complete to get approved for their type. NOTE: Once a Type is Claimed, another may not take it. It is a first-come-first-serve until after the tournament.
• Once the tournament determines the Elite four, The Gym Leader Typings have a chance to be taken. For a non-participant or another Gym Leader to take/switch their typing they must beat the typing they want with a same-type team. (i.e.: If someone wants to steal the electric type gym from the Electric Gym Leader, they must beat the Electric Gym Leader's Best Electric team with their own.)
• Gym Leaders must have pokemon in their Gym team consiting of their type or similar. (i.e.: If a grass type gym, You are permitted to use roselia, who is grass/poison.)
• You must build an actual gym (You cant build a dirt house and call it good.)
• The server will be open to anyone and everyone, with general common sense rules (no griefing, sabotaging, etc). You are welcome to have people help you with your gym that aren't in the tournament as Gym Trainers.
• Since the Minecraft Server is whitelisted, we cannot express how crucial it is that friends/viewers/colleagues/helpers that you allow us to whitelist will be your responsibility. If for any reason they get banned/kicked, not abide by the rules of the server, or is problematic in any way shape or form, it will fall on you as a Gym Leader (it will reflect negatively on you.) This rule is to ensure this server stays safe, stable, healthy, and drama-free.

Viewers/Friends/Those not participating

• Friends/colleagues can come join during the pre-builds/pre-tounrey preparations. This means you can have friends join the server and help you out if needed.
• Friends and viewers are still welcome to join the server with general common sense rules. (no griefing, stealing stuff that isnt yours etc.)

• You will not be able to join the Minecraft SMP without a referral. Please contact a Gym Leader to join.
• Gym leaders are only allowed to invite 3 helpers until Gyms are built. When gyms are fully built and players have claimed all 18 types is when we will allow viewers in fully.
